What BuyerSpotter is
BuyerSpotter is the supplier brand for a browser-based software service that reads sources you nominate on Facebook, Nextdoor, LinkedIn, X and Reddit, and presents posts that may describe a relevant customer need. It is a user-controlled reading, filtering, and organization tool. It is not an advertising service, contact database, marketplace, people-profiling service, or automated social-media marketing service.
Your accounts are yours
BuyerSpotter works through your own signed-in sessions and only with content that your account is already permitted to open. It does not unlock accounts, bypass access controls, request network passwords, or provide access to hidden content. You may only select sources that you are authorized to view, and you remain responsible for following each network's terms, community rules, and applicable law. Do not use BuyerSpotter where monitoring is prohibited by a source's rules.
No automated outreach or engagement
BuyerSpotter does not post, comment, react, follow, click, review, send messages, or reply on your behalf. It does not sell or provide lists of contact details. You must manually review every result, open the original source, and decide whether a response is appropriate and permitted.
What we do not promise
- A number of leads. What a source produces depends on the source. A quiet group is a quiet group.
- That every match is right. A match can be irrelevant or incomplete. Each match shows its evidence so you can judge it yourself.
- Uninterrupted service. These networks change how they work without notice, and when they do, reading can break until it is fixed.
Payment
BuyerSpotter Premium is offered for $39 USD per month or $390 USD per year. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Your 5-day Premium trial starts only after the first successful live scan and does not require a payment card. The checkout shows the applicable price, taxes, billing interval and renewal terms before payment. You can cancel future renewals from your BuyerSpotter billing page. See the Refund Policy.
Ending it
Uninstall the extension whenever you like. That removes it and the data it kept on your machine.
